Registration and Accommodation Guidelines
Dear colleagues,
You must register for the Congress, whether you are an invited speaker, a presenter (of a paper or a poster), an attending spouse or an exhibitor. Guests must be registered as ISOBM non members online. Children under 16 are not required to pay, but must pick up a badge and must be supervised at all times. Presenting authors must pay the eligible registration fee to have their Abstract published.
IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to assure presentation and publication in the Abstract Book, submitters must have completed registration and payment online by July 1st, 2016.
Congress registration does not include ISOBM Membership dues.
The registration system will provide an e-mail confirmation.
Merit Award candidates must apply for this award at the time of abstract submission.
All presenting authors MUST declare potential or actual conflicts of interest: on one of their slides (oral presentation), in print on posters or verbally (in the beginning of RT discussions).

This registration fee will include event pass from 1st September to 6th September,2016
- Full access to all the scientific sessions and extra curricular events.
Extracurricular Events Include:
- Opening reception ( Meet and greet Nobel prize winner, board members, invited guests)
- Four day lunches
- Pizza, beer, wine during scientific poster sessions
- Evening Boat excursions( includes drinks, dinner, dancing and fireworks)
- Servings of coffee, tea, soft drinks all day
- Afternoon Hors d’oeuvres (Sunday the 4th)
- Closing reception
Please note that badges and congress materials will not be mailed in advance but will be available at the Rendezvous Area registration desk.
Students/Young Scientists must be 35 years of age or less at the time of the meeting. They must provide by e-mail proof of their date of birth, by means of an official document (passport, ID card, scan, etc.). They must also provide a letter from a department head/dean of their educational institution on letterhead as a proof of enrollment as a student when registering.
Accompanying Person registration procedure:
Registrants who wish to have an accompanying person or family member(s) attend the Congress must register online.
Authors of the submitted Abstracts or individuals having a professional interest in the meeting must NOT register as guests.
ISOBM members, co-authors of abstracts or individuals having a professional interest must NOT register as guests.
ALL CONGRESS PARTICIPANTS, EXHIBITORS and GUESTS
must pick up an ID Badge and carry it all the time in the Congress venue and offside extracurricular activities.
